A couple from Lithuania wanted to show the world that having a baby doesn’t mean your adventures have to stop.
It just means you have an extra person on the road with you.
Johan Van Zutphen and his girlfriend love to travel the world and in the past have hopped on their motorbikes and driven as far as Malaysia.
When baby Leo was born, instead of assuming their wandering days were over, they thought that it would be good fun to swap their bikes for a van and take the little one with them.
Which is how Leo at just nine-months-old went on his first road trip, spanning from Lithuania all the way to Morocco.
For two months, the family roamed across Europe in an old four-by-four Mercedes van, that was previously used by a fire brigade in the Austrian mountains.

They only paid for one night’s accommodation in France, because of the cold and heavy rain.
All other nights they either slept in the van, at the homes of people they’d met previously on their travels, and at the houses of the new friends they met along the way.
For three weeks of the journey, Leo’s grandfather even joined them in the back of the van. Johan said the whole experience ‘worked out very well.’
He told Metro.co.uk: ‘The most memorable part of this journey was our baby Leo’s ability to break all the cultural and language barriers between us and the locals everywhere we went.’
To show other people that travelling with a baby doesn’t stop you from discovering amazing places and meeting new people, they took pictures of the incredible views from the spots they slept overnight in.
