The permanent delegation of the Parliament to the Central European Initiative (CEI) participated in the 2nd meeting of the Parliamentary Convention for Strengthening the Parliamentary Dimension of the CEI in Rome, Italy.
The delegation led by Etjen Xhafaj included MPs Vullnet Sinaj and Kreshnik Çollaku.
Xhafaj reiterated that Albania, as the current president of the Central European Initiative, is a committed member and strong supporter of the CEI, which plays an important role in strengthening political dialogue and accelerating the integration process into the European Union.
"The meeting in Rome with representatives of the parliaments of CEI countries confirmed our full commitment to the European integration journey," Xhafaj was quoted as saying.
